Ministries

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church has a number of ongoing ministries. Please read more about them below.

Prayer Chain

Please contact either Donna (donna.lee1594@gmail.com) or Briana (holland23@comcast.net)

The prayer chain is for you to ask for prayer for family and friends with any medical or other emergency. Donna and Briana receive your prayer requests and then forward to over 40 people via email and phone. They receive close to a hundred prayer requests per year.

Reneal International Education Outreach

Reneal is a ministry founded by HTLC members, Rene and Neal Bierbaum. Reneal’s purpose is to provide support for students, their parents, teachers, and school administrators to enhance education  opportunities in schools in developing  countries. Recognizing the power of  technology in particular to change lives,
the primary focus of this organization is to provide Information Technology expertise and assets (computer hardware, computer software, and learning resources) to these schools.

For additional information please go to their website at: http://www.reneal.org

Helping Hands

As part of its outreach, our Holy Trinity Sunday School kids have a group called Helping Hands that has done projects such as planting flowers at an assisted living facility, preparing packages of food and other necessities for the homeless, sending Christmastime shoe boxes of gifts overseas, and making enrichment projects for animals at an animal shelter.  Who will they help next?

If you’d like to make a joyful noise unto the Lord and join choir, instrumental band, or praise band, please contact Keith Hillesland (Choir and Instrumental Director) at htlcoffice@holytrinityfremont.org. We’d love to have you join us!

Of Special Note

July 21 – 10 am

As part of our summer Favorite Hymn Sundays, we’ve had several requests from the congregation for Christmas carols, so we’ve decided to do a “Christmas in July” service this Sunday at 10 am with all Christmas carols for the hymns!  Feel free to wear your Christmas attire and join us in pretending the weather is cooler than it really is!
