Hi, Everybody:
This Sunday, June 20, is the 4th Sunday after Pentecost, Fill the Food Barrel Sunday, Father’s Day, and VBS Sunday! There will be a live outdoor service at 10 a.m. (masks and distancing) as well as an online service. You’ll hear all about what went on this week with the online VBS “Treasured.” Thanks to Terri and crew for making it happen once again during this challenging time. After the service, if you ordered a Father’s Day Lunch, you can pick it up at your specified time between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. We will still have Zoom Coffee Chat at 9:15 a.m. and Zoom Communion at 9:30 a.m. which is our new-new-normal (can’t wait to see what the new-new-new-normal will bring!).
We’re still taking suggestions for Favorite Hymn Sundays. Space is limited, so please just pick your very favorite one or two. There will be forms available on Sunday, or you can email the information to me. Please include your name, the praise song or hymn title (or first line), the hymnal (if known), and hymn number (if known), and any verses you particularly like (hint: “all of them” is not the correct answer).
