HTLC News Blast – January 11, 2026

Hello Everyone!

This Sunday, January 11th, is the day we celebrate Jesus’s Baptism. It is also Scrip Sunday, so check RaiseRight.com online or check with Pamela to add more to your giving at no cost to you! Worship and Live-Streaming begin at 9:30 am. It’ll be another quiet day as there will be no Youth Bell Choir, no Adult Choir, no Bell Choir, no Sunday School or Youth Group! A quiet day, that is, unless you are on Council, which meets on Sunday. At 1:00 pm Tongan Worship will begin.

This is such a busy time at Holy Trinity!

Our ongoing Bible/Book studyresumes this Tuesday, January13th at 10 am with a new book! “Understanding Happiness”. The study is facilitated by Pastor Tim.

Youth Group, Sunday School, & Confirmation will begin meeting again next Sunday, January 18th at 10:45 am. (Pr. Barbara jumped the gun last week!)

Bell Choir Rehearsals will return on Sunday, January 18th at 11 am.

Reconciling in Christ Sunday will be on January 25th. Please sign up in the narthex if you’d like to bring colorful treats!

Ash Wednesday begins our Lenten Season on February 18th at 7:00 pm! Already!

Congregation Meeting Feb 22!

Holy Trinity’s Annual Congregational Meeting will take place on February 22, 2026, following the 9:30 am worship service.

Become a Member of Holy Trinity!

Please consider becoming an Associate Member or a full Voting Member so you can have your say at the Annual Meeting. Voting members may also be elected to serve on the Church Council. Please contact Pastor Tim for details.

Visit the Media Table in the narthex for the January – March issues of the devotional booklets “Christ in Our Home” and “The Word in Season.” They come in both small and large print form.

Zach’s Winter Relief (founded by Marielle) was a rousing success! Check out the pictures below! The Sunday School and Youth will have their work cut out for them putting everything together! What a great help it will be to so many! God’s at work at HTLC!
