Hello All!
This coming Sunday, February 22nd is the First Sunday in Lent. It is also our Annual Meeting (Hospitality is bringing snacks!) right after church, so no Sunday School, Youth Group, or Bell Choir this week. Did I mention snacks?!
Congregation Meeting SUNDAY!
It’s worth staying after church just for the snacks, let alone the fellowship, fun, and a serious look at what we did as a church in 2025, and to influence our future as a church!
Adult Forums
Our Trellis Committee is calling two Adult Forums on March 8th and April 19th after church at 10:45 am in the Activity Room. The purpose is to dream together about HTLC projects (come with ideas!) and to introduce the formal proposal process of applying for funds. The meetings are being led by the Trellis committee.
Playground Exploration
If you are interested in being part of a group looking at our playground equipment needs, please see Carmen or Pastor Tim.
Musical Theater Camp in June
We have two campers already signed up! Check it out! 2 weeks this year! June 15-19 and June 22-28. Link is on our website!
Hymnal Fundraiser
Soon we’ll be seeking funds to purchase Hymnals for the pews. More info to come on how you can take part! That way, if we have a hymn sing, or you want to sing alto, or the office can’t get the bulletin out (horrors!), we are good to go!
This year’s Lenten Schedule
Midweek Wednesdays at 6:30 pm – Feb 25, Mar 4, 11, 18, 25. This year’s readings by our Kathleen Keating are entitled “Four Bright Lights: The Advent Wreath in the Lenten Journey” What a unique look at Jesus’ story!

HTLC Spring Cleaning – March 28
As is the custom for HTLC, the annual Spring Cleaning will happen on Saturday,
March 28th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (the Sunday before Palm Sunday). We will have pizza available around noon. There is a signup sheet in the Narthex so we can get a count of how many folks will show up. It will list the many tasks needed to be done.
Copies of the Constitution are on the usher desk.
We Welcomed three New Members last week! Greet Sandi, Corryn, & Ned, if you haven’t met them yet, and you’ll find out what great people they are!
A Loss….
Please hold Ruthann, Karen, David and their family in your prayers as they grieve the passing of Don this morning. We ask that God’s comfort and peace surround them, holding them close in their sorrow. May they know they are not alone, but carried by grace, love, and the prayers of this community.
